Terms and Conditions of Sale

All “Ready to Ship/Pickup” Items will be shipped or be ready for pick up within 3 business days from order date. For items being shipped you will receive an email with tracking info when the carrier scans it into their system. Transit time is an additional 3 to 5 business days (Not Guaranteed). For Items being picked up see local pick up below.

Local Pickup is available by selecting “Local Pickup/Show Pickup” at checkout. You will receive an email when all items are ready for pick up. After items are ready for Pickup you must schedule an appointment with us to pick up. Available hours are Mon, Tues, Thurs, and Fri 4pm to 7pm and Saturday 10am to 6pm. Sunday Call for availability.

Show Pickup is available by selecting “Local Pickup/Show Pickup” at checkout. You will need to put the Show you intend on picking it up at in the Order Notes. Please contact us prior to making an order for show pick up to verify we will be there and can accommodate the order for that Show.

Any racks or enclosures that are not listed as in stock on our “Ready to Ship/Pickup” are subject to our standard production lead times. Please click here to see our current lead times.

Shipping Cost will be calculated at checkout and a standard transit time will be given, this transit time does not include the Production Lead Time and/or processing time for your order. Please check our current lead times before placing your order. All shipping rates are standard curbside delivery rates. This means that the driver will place your package outside your door. We do not require a signature on ground shipments.

You are responsible for providing us with the correct address. If your order has to be reshipped due to an error on your part, you will be responsible for any additional cost. If you notice a mistake in your address after you place your order, you must contact us to change it. Once an order is placed, updating your profile will not change it on the order. Updating your address in PayPal will not update it in our store.

Due to the risk of damage to racks and enclosures being shipped back and the significant cost of our initial shipping and packing expenses we cannot accept returns on these items. Racks and cages are guaranteed to arrive in good condition. If there has been damage to your shipment in transit, please inform us immediately. Pictures of the damages are required, and you must save ALL packing material until you have contacted us. It will be required for a claim. Refund or replacement of the damaged product will be at Recoil Reptiles LLC discretion.

All of our dry goods, with the exception of Racks and Enclosures, come with a 10-day money back/replacement guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if it’s defective, please contact us and we will provide instructions for returning it. Returned items must be in original packaging and unused. We CANNOT accept returns on used or abused items. We will promptly refund your purchase price upon return of the item in its original condition. Shipping and Handling charges cannot be refunded.
